Our Touch Call Recording Service records calls directly in the mobile network and the recordings are securely transferred to Touch Storage Centre via secure connections. Touch is a certified partner with a growing number of mobile operators, such as Telenor, Telefonica O2, AT&T, Phonero, ICE, Telavox and iQela.
Alternatively, we offer Touch Call Recorder Pro App, which records calls on mobile phones and operates independently of mobile operators and mobile subscription plans, allowing recording while roaming without complex and often limited CAMEL integration, which is not universally supported by mobile operators for roaming.
