Touch Call Recording Service is a complete, multi-channel call recording service that can be integrated with hosted and on-premise PBX technologies, enterprise chat-based channels, and with operator networks, giving you the flexibility to choose the right solution for you.

Our enterprise solution, PBX Recorder, integrates with multiple on-premise technologies, including Cisco, Mitel, Avaya, Unify, Alcatel-Lucent, and many others. Touch provides the PBX Recorder as a part of a comprehensive service offering.

Skype for Business, Bloomberg, Reuters and more

Touch also integrates with key business messaging and chatbased solutions, such as Skype for Business (hosted and onpremise), Bloomberg and Reuters.

Touch Skype for Business Built-in Recorder supports all types of calls, including Skype-to-Skype calls, mobile Skype clients, conference calls and fixed line phone calls.

Our Skype for Business Plug-in for PC supports all types of Skype for Business configurations with an easy to install PC client. Calls are recorded directly to a PC with three recording modes: always recording , on-demand recording and selective recording.

Touch Mobile

Our Touch Call Recording Service records calls directly in the mobile network and the recordings are securely transferred to Touch Storage Centre via secure connections. Touch is a certified partner with a growing number of mobile operators, such as Telenor, Telefonica O2, AT&T, Phonero, ICE, Telavox and iQela.

Alternatively, we offer Touch Call Recorder Pro App, which records calls on mobile phones and operates independently of mobile operators and mobile subscription plans, allowing recording while roaming without complex and often limited CAMEL integration, which is not universally supported by mobile operators for roaming.

Touch Storage Centre

Our infrastructure provides compliant-ready, secure, reliable storage of all recorded calls. The Touch Storage Centre is located at two different locations, giving geographic redundancy: a production site in Norway, and a second, mirrored disaster recovery site, ensuring that you will always have access to your data.

Fully encrypted for protection

All data is encrypted via a two-stage model that complies with ETSI TR 102 661 – AES256 encryption applies unique keys for each file, which is then further encrypted with RSA2048.

Simple access and retrieval

An easy-to-use web-interface offers advanced search and retrieval capabilities. Hierarchical-based protection ensures that access rights are restricted and permission levels can be applied. Call recordings are searchable by time, telephone number and name.

Regulatory compliance

Data collection and storage is compliant with key industry regulations, including:

In addition, Touch closely monitors statutory and industry-specific requirements to ensure full compliance with current and forthcoming national and International standards. Historical data can also be imported from most systems to provide a comprehensive record.
