About cookies

What are cookies?

Why do we use cookies?
Touch Technology uses cookies to temporarily store your session ID in Touch Call Recording. Session cookies are temporary and disappears when you close the session in the browser. We do not use cookies to store personal information or to provide information to third parties.

For security reasons, cookies must be active in your browser when you log in to Touch Call Recording. If your browser does not use cookies, you will receive an error message when logging in. If you do not accept cookies, you can shut them off in your browser settings. Note that this will limit the functionality of Touch Call Recording.
